This bug is for transition tracking purposes.

xerces-c will be transitioning from 3.1 to 3.2 soon.  However, camitk
depends on src:xsd which does not currently work with libxerces-c3.2
(bug 881108).  Once the issue with xsd has been resolved, it will be
necessary to test camitk with xerces 3.2
