[Debian-med-packaging] What does mean "incorrect size" (Was: Processing of r-cran-bitops_1.0-6-3_amd64.changes)

According to the queue deamon log, stuff is still kept there and is
still trying to process it.  My guess it that the first upload went bed,
and the subsquent uploads didn't fully overwrote what was there.
So you should probably start by `dcut rm` it first (mind that I seem to
see relevant files both in the ftp queue and the ssh queue), and then
re-upoad.
