Hi Chris,

thanks for processing the three R packages quickly.  I added the missing
year to the two packages where it was missing in Git to make sure it
will be there in next upload.

Gordon: I've added a (TODO: year) to the copyright template of dh-make-R
to make sure we'll not forget next time.
