[Debian-med-packaging] Htslib 1.6 suite should go to experimental

Hi, all,
It looks like a new release of htslib/samtools/bcftools came out a few days ago. If you'll be updating these packages, please send them to Experimental instead of Unstable until pysam catches up.

I was going to add this note to each of their README.source files, but didn't get to it.
