[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#877534: many embedded code copies

Package: src:r-cran-igraph
Version: 1.1.2-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainers,

r-cran-igraph contains many embedded code copies:

- src/glpk/ from src:glpk

- src/CHOLMOD, src/AMD, src/COLAMD, src/cs from src:suitesparse (note that "cs"
has been superded by "cxsparse" which is provided in libcxsparse*)

- src/uuid/ from src:util-linux

It seems that these copies have been slightly patched, so removing them may not
be easy, but it should be possible for at least glpk (looking at src:igraph
which already does this).

Also, in a sense, most of the package is an embedded code copy of src:igraph,
but debian/README.source says it's not possible to link directly to the latter.

Cheers,
