[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#853687: trinityrnaseq: ftbfs with GCC-7

Hi,

I tried to track down this gcc-7 error.  I think the issue is somewhere
here:

I admit I have no idea why this and other header files are not found.

Could somebody have a look please?
