#856984 Is open because the reporter has not closed it. Can I close it?

in your commits there is no indication that the current status would fix
#856984 [n| | ] [fis-gtm] fis-gtm: please enable openssl support
#864102 [n| | ] [src:fis-gtm] fis-gtm: Please stop Build-Depending on libgcrypt11-dev transition package
Could you please check whether you can fix this?
