[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#875334: Bug#875334: FTBFS with Java 9: javax.xml.bind

Needs inclusion of java module java.se.ee in javac commands.


Only tests are impacted (and runtime but as it is a library it is user
responsability to add runtime modules)
