AFAICT from testing on the ppc64 porter box pizzetti.debian.org,
addressing this formal discrepancy makes no difference. (I would have
tested on sparc64 as well, but can't currently reach the relevant porter
box.) FWIW, the result I got there fluctuated randomly between 21 and 22.
