[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#848497: We now have python3-biomaj3 - what about biomaj

Hi,

logol debian package makes use of swi-prolog to generate an exe.

We have a bug (848497) about hardcoded dependency on libncursesw5 on
generated binaries.

Do you have an idea why this hard coded link is done at compilation
instead of linking to shared library ?
