[amul] About GT.M versioning, the major version is the DB format and does not change often. As a result, we frequently increment the micro versions and sometimes increment the minor version number. Our customers tend to install two versions side-by-side during upgrades or when supporting different customer configuration. When creating the fis-gtm Debian package, we thought that needed the micro version numbers. However the Debian package is different from our regular releases. Perhaps we do not need to install multiple versions of fis-gtm on the same machine and so can take your suggestion. Let me get input from my team and get back to you.
