Version: 1.0.1-1
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

Hi,

The description for the new-package-should-not-package-python2-module
Lintian tag states:

Please do not override this warning; rather, add a justification
to your changelog entry; Lintian looks in this version's
changelog entry for the specified package name or the phrase
  "Python 2 version" or similar.

As the package has now been uploaded it would not make sense to add
or modify the initial changelog entry -- the warning is only triggered
for the initial upload. Thus, please drop the (now-useless) override
in your next upload.

Regards,
