[Debian-med-packaging] Jellyfish 2.2.9 has heavy changes in build system - please help upgrading

Hi,

I injected version 2.2.9 of jellyfish into Git[1] and deactivated
some patches for the build system which has changed quite a lot
in this minor upgrade.  Currently I do not have any capacity to
do more complex packaging things.  It would be great if somebody
could have a look at 

...
dh_install -ppython3-dna-jellyfish
pybuild -d swig/python --name dna-jellyfish
E: pybuild pybuild:109: cannot detect build system, please use --system option or set PYBUILD_SYSTEM env. variable
...
