Hi,

ea-utils did never migrate to testing since armel was lacking the
dependency r-cran-hmisc.  The usual way to deal with this issues is to
add the missing dependency to Build-Depends which I did now.  This
uncovered a set of architectures where the package can not be installed.
Please remove the package from all these architectures.
