Dear maintainer(s),

Since the upload of version 0.9.9.7+soedinglab+git20180802-1 the
autopkgtest of your package started to fail. I have copied the output below.

Could you please investigate? Currently this failure is contributing to
delaying migration to testing with 13 days. You probably want to raise
the severity of this bug if the segfault doesn't only happen in some
corner-case of the test.
