[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#907247: sleepyhead: Please .desktop and icon files (suggestion attached)

Dear Maintainer,

The sleapyhead package does not include a desktop file and icons.
So the applciation can not be started from the desktop (only from a terminal)
and even makes it impossible to install the application in the first place
via gnome-software.

See attached SleepyHead.tar.gz for suggestions of files to include.
