[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#914051: Discussion on python-freecontact FTBFS

Hi,

the boost_python library is still there, but it changed name. We are
still discussing how to lay out compatibility links at #914513 [1].
Depending on the outcome of that discussion, this bug could be solved
automatically, or it might require a small change in the library name.
