[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#915396: odil ftbfs, syntax error in the build target

odil ftbfs, there is a syntax error in the build target (missing semicolon).  No
idea why it's not seen on the Debian builds.  Also made the targets a bit more
verbose to see which Python bindings are build/tested/installed.
