[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#916576: pbdagcon: FTBFS pbdata/Types.h: No such file or directory

This is fixed by

   Build-Depends: libpbdata-dev

in Git.  There is also a new upstream version prepared in Git but it
does not build yet due to other issues.
