[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#916953: logol FTBFS with swi-prolog 7.7.25+dfsg-2

Hi,
I am aware of the issue. I discovered issue yesterday while trying to
update package with latest version.

I was about to add info in changelog this morning...

I created an issue in swi-prolog. This dependency update seems to introduce
the error, failing to load a library.

Related issue is #916942:

swi-prolog: fails to load process library

Will investigate if i can understand why it fails in the meanwhile as a
workaround
