[Debian-med-packaging] Start with libbpp uploads (Was: [libbpp-core] tag debian/libbpp-core_2.3.2-1 created)

Hi,

Actually one more question: is there a way to know whether the interface of
a library has changes since the last version? I'm pretty sure I've seen a
command to do that but cannot recall it...
