[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#890782: rsem: Please add autopkgtest

Hi,

I've uploaded a new version of rsem to experimental since I removed the
code copy of samtools from the source tarball.  To make sure this will
reliably work we should add some test to prove that this replacement
by the Debian packaged code works as expected.
