This is very strange, firstly because the behavior is different with or
without `-B` despite the source package not defining any arch:all binary
packages to begin with.

The error seems to be because the manpage is defined in debian/manpages,
but is created during the package build. I've worked around that, but
it's still curious why the error is not consistent without `-B`.
