Thanks for the hint.  My current plan is to rather upload latest
upstream of libsbml 5.17.x and strip the Javadoc stuff completely.
Unfortunately I have other build issues and have put back this
task due to other stuff that seemed more burning.

That would be OK anyway with Debian Med packages.
