Hi Maintainer

Since 2017-06-15, pdb2pqr's auopkgtests have been failing [1].
Unfortunately, debci logs no longer exist, so it is not easy to tell
which package(s) changed.

More recent logs seem to indicate two failures:

autopkgtest [00:08:50]: test installation-test: [-----------------------
Run pdb2pqr...
Usage: pdb2pqr [options] PDB_PATH PQR_OUTPUT_PATH

pdb2pqr: error: Unable to find file 1FAS!
...
installation-test    FAIL non-zero exit status 2


autopkgtest [00:08:54]: test ligands-test: [-----------------------
cp: cannot stat '/usr/share/doc/pdb2pqr-doc/examples/*': No such file
or directory
autopkgtest [00:08:54]: test ligands-test: -----------------------]
autopkgtest [00:08:54]: test ligands-test:  - - - - - - - - - -
results - - - - - - - - - -
ligands-test         FAIL non-zero exit status 1
