I think the problem is here:
...
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/_pytest/config/__init__.py:412: in _importconftest
raise ConftestImportFailure(conftestpath, sys.exc_info())
E _pytest.config.ConftestImportFailure: ImportError("C extension: No module named 'pandas._libs.tslib' not built. If you want to import pandas from the source directory, you may need to run 'python setup.py build_ext --inplace --force' to build the C extensions first.")
E File "/build/python-cobra-0.11.3/.pybuild/cpython3_3.7_cobra/build/cobra/__init__.py", line 11, in <module>
...
Lumin, the problem smelle as if not all features of pandas are enabled.
Since you once did some very good work on this package I wonder whether
you might like to check this issue.
Kind regards
Andreas.
