[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#900759: gemma: FTBFS in all architectures

Dear maintainer: It seems this package fails to build from source
everywhere:

The build log says:

src/param.cpp:30:10: fatal error: gsl/gsl_blas.h: No such file or
directory
 #include "gsl/gsl_blas.h"
           ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

which looks like a missing build-depends somewhere.

[ If you didn't, please remember to build in a clean chroot
  before initial upload. After the first upload, source-only
  uploads (dpkg-buildpackage -S) are allowed, which should
  prevent these kind of bugs to propagate to testing ].
