[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#901634: amide: Doesn't run due to linking error

Package: amide
Version: 1.0.5-10
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Amide doesn't start due to a library linkage issue:

$ amide
amide: error while loading shared libraries: libmdc.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have libmdc2 installer because it is a dependency, but the library file is libmdc.so.3, not libmdc.so.2.

Best regards
