Your commit 01957407¹ changed the package where documentation is
installed. I wonder if you didn't want to use the --doc-main-package
option of dh_installdocs instead of your current acceptance of the
documentation in the -dev package while you build a -doc package.

If you keep the documentation in -dev, I think you should also change
the libcifti-d*.doc-base to -dev instead of -doc.

Anyways, why I file this bug is that since the move, your package fails
its autopkgtest, with the error copied below, because the documentation
can't be found in the installed packages. This is delaying the migration
of your package by 13 days.

Please investigate the situation and fix it.
