Hi,

I've upgraded snakemake in Git to the latest upstream version.  It needs
a new Build-Depends (python-datrie - I just filed a new ITP and than
realised it is just ITPed in #828741 ... I will sort this out).  The bad
news is that the bug reported for the existing version also persists in
the new version.

Kevin, Chris: Can you have a look?
