[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#894781: bedtools: autopkgtest fails while it succeeded in the past

Hi Andreas,

I have just pushed some changes to run-unit-test that are supposed to fix
the problem. Please, check my commit

It seems that upstream test/test.sh has been updated so that now it returns
an appropriate exit code in case of a failure. Therefore, we don't need to
check the stdout for "fail" anymore.
