Hmmm, may be that was triggered by my upload to unstable???
I could swear it was not before ...
At least I kept on receiving "package will be deleted from testing"
messages all the time for htsjdk dependencies ... :-(

I'll file the bug immediately.

PS: There is even a never version of htsjdk out - may be its worth
    having a look ... except there is another set of new dependencies.
