[Debian-med-packaging] curl/7.60.0-1 appears to break r-cran-curl/3.2-1 autopkgtest in testing

curl 7.60.0 migrated to testing. Does this mean that r-cran-curl is now
broken there? I.e. that it should get an RC bug?
