Package: mapsembler2
Version: 2.2.4+dfsg-2
Severity: important
Tags: patch
Dear Maintainer,
The run_mapsembler2_pipeline script fails because at line 198 it calls
mapsembler2_extend:
$PATH_TOOLS\mapsembler2_extend $extremities_filename $read_sets -t $t -k $k -c
$c -g $g -x $x -y $y -f $f -i $prefix_index -o $prefix_results
However, the package installs only mapsembler_extend. Packages 2.2.3 from
stable and 2.2.4 from testing are affected.
Symlinking mapsembler2_extend to mapsembler_extend seems to fix this issue.
