[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#913839: not internet access

issue is not related to an internet access.
it tries to get local host name or address
: java.net.InetAddress.getLocalHost(..)
and result in java.net.UnknownHostException: profitbricks-build15-amd64:
profitbricks-build15-amd64: Temporary failure in name resolution

According to Java:
This is achieved by retrieving the name of the host from the system, then
resolving that name into an InetAddress.

So issue looks related to test server host/ip resolution..... not an
external access requirement.
Anyway, I guess that test could be disable via a patch.
