Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.

>From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

0m29.5s ERROR: FAIL: Broken symlinks:
  /usr/share/doc/libsbml5/java-api -> ../libsbml5-java-doc/java-api (libsbml5-java-doc)

0m29.0s ERROR: FAIL: Broken symlinks:
  /usr/share/doc/libsbml5/python-api -> ../libsbml5-python-doc/python-api (libsbml5-python-doc)


The api docs are now installed under /usr/share/doc/libsbml5-java/java-api,
/usr/share/doc/libsbml5-python/python-api
This is most likely caused by a behavioral change of dh_installdocs
in debhelper compat level 11.
