[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#912118: qrisk2: 2017 upstream release

Hi again,

I admit I can not find the source for the 2017 release (neither for qrisk2
nor qrisk3.  Would you mind providing a link or even contact the authors?
That would be really helpful
