[Debian-med-packaging] Python3 support for ete3

Hi,

I've spent some time on the packaging of ete3 Python module which was
started by Alba.  The packaging revealed some issues in the examples
that are not consistently ported to Python3 syntax.  I used the 2to3
tool to fix this and created a patch which you can download here:

   https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/python-ete3/blob/master/debian/patches/syntax_fixes.patch

Feel free to incorporate this into your next release.
