[Debian-med-packaging] Moved bio-eagle dir on salsa from eagle to bio-eagle

Hi Dylan,

in my effort to convert Vcs fields of our packages I stumbled upon bio-eagle.
Since
     cme fix dpkg-control
uses the source package name as target dir on Salsa (which is compliant with
our team policy) I decided to rename the dir on Salsa from eagle to bio-eagle.
Please adjust your local clone.
