[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#902760: Two failed tests remaining in igraph which are arpack related

Hi Adrian,

I realised that you have set

   908648: libarpack2 needs fix applied for igraph

fixed.  So I tried to build igraph from Git[1] with latest arpack but
there are two remaining issues in the build time test which both are
connected to arpack:

196: Eigenvector centrality (igraph_eigenvector_centrality): FAILED (arpack.at:59)
197: Non-symmetric ARPACK solver (igraph_arpack_rnsolve): FAILED (arpack.at:66)

You may investigate any problem if you feel able to do so, in which
case the test suite provides a good starting point.  Its output may
be found below `tests/testsuite.dir'.


I admit I have no idea about igraph - just picked it up since the former
Uploader just left the team.
