Hi,

The latest uploads of python3-typed-ast and mypy seemed to be locked in a
dependency loop which is keeping them from migrating to testing.  mypy
wants python3-typed-ast 1.4.0-1, but python3-typed-ast 1.4.0-1 causes an
autopkgtest failure with the version of mypy that's in testing.  I think
python3-typed-ast needs a:

Breaks: mypy (<< 0.720-2~)

in its control file to break this loop.
