[Debian-med-packaging] Comments regarding python-py2bit_0.3.0-1_amd64.changes

I am going to accept this, since you'll have to do a source only upload
regardless, but please do you test builds in a clean environment.  With the
assigned build-depends installed, the package FTBFS:

py2bit.c:1:10: fatal error: Python.h: No such file or directory
    1 | #include <Python.h>
      |          ^~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.

Please build-depend on python3-all-dev instead of python3-all.
