[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#935287: Bug#935287: obitools: FTBFS on amd64

Oneof the issue here is clean is called at the begin of the package
build, before applying patches

This result in failure due to the particular setup script used here that
tries to install requirements etc....

One solution is to override clean and do nothing, but this will result
in last build step with a no cleanup....
