There are no errors now about udocker on non-x86, but the autopkgtests are
now failing on all architectures in Debian and Ubuntu with this error:

==================================== ERRORS ====================================
______________________ ERROR collecting tests/test_trs.py ______________________
ImportError while importing test module '/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/cwltool/tests/test_trs.py'.
Hint: make sure your test modules/packages have valid Python names.
Traceback:
/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/cwltool/tests/test_trs.py:3: in <module>
    import mock
E ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'mock'

So it looks like a missing test dep.
