Dear Jonas,
Thank you for your report. Alas not having python3-prov installed causes
too many errors as the provenance feature is currently woven throughout the
cwltool codebase:
tests/test_anon_types.py:3: in <module>
from cwltool.command_line_tool import CommandLineTool
cwltool/command_line_tool.py:38: in <module>
from .docker import DockerCommandLineJob
cwltool/docker.py:22: in <module>
from .job import ContainerCommandLineJob
cwltool/job.py:24: in <module>
from prov.model import PROV
E ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'prov'
Is there a particular reason you'd like to avoid this dependency?
