can migrate to testing.

  * Team upload.
  * Drop transitional blast2 package. (Closes: #940742).
  * debian/copyright: refreshed
  * debhelper-compat 12
  * Secure URI in copyright format
  * Remove trailing whitespace in debian/changelog
  * Use secure URI in Homepage field.
  * Move source package lintian overrides to debian/source.
  * Set upstream metadata fields: Contact, Name.
  * Remove obsolete fields Name, Contact from debian/upstream/metadata.
