[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#946297: libclustalo-doc: Doxygen's "jquery.js" replaced with something else

libclustalo-doc contains Doxygen generated documentation and thereby
ships a jquery.js. Unfortunately, what is called jquery.js is not
jquery, but an amalgamation of jquery-based libraries. Refer to
/usr/share/doc/doxygen/README.jquery for details. Replacing this file
breaks its functionality. Removing it would be a better option that
replacing it with something entirely different.
