[Debian-med-packaging] New camp and sight versions

Thanks Andreas for the upload and the corrections before.

I just noticed there is still an inconsistency in gdcm dependencies, I
forgot to update  the -dev binray package dependencies. I wanted to
update this but I am afraid I do not manage to fetch your latest
changes. I looked directly in GitLab
(https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/sight) but I could not get them
either. May you have forgotten to push your changes or am I looking at
the wrong place ?
