[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#937606: Droping Python2 support for Biopython

Hi,

I just removed Python2 support for Biopython in Git since I managed to
port the latest reverse dependencies requiring python-biopython
yesterday.  I'm hesitating to upload since Michael is discussing test
suite errors on arm64 with upstream.

I wonder whether we should upload anyway after excluding the test in
question and file a bug report about this to make sure it will not be
forgotten.  This bug report could also serve as a sensible place to
discuss that issue.
