[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#947462: htslib: FTBFS on big-endian architectures

Hi Maintainer

Since the upload of htslib 1.10-1, it has FTBFS on all big-endian
architectures [1].

I've copied what I hope is the relevant part of the log below.
